Project Portfolio Management

ARTIBIS PPM is a centralized management of processes, methods, and technologies used by project managers and project management offices (PMOs) to analyze and collectively manage current or proposed projects based on numerous key characteristics such as cost, time, risk, and benefits. The objectives of PPM are to visualize budgets before projects start, manage risk, manage projects and project costs in real-time, and provide alerts and reports for project conditions such as cost overrun, schedule deviation, and project scope.

ARTIBIS PPM contains standard project management tools and charts, staffing profiles which tie into HR and employee cost profiles, meetings and meeting minutes tracking, agenda, change of scope, expense and budgeting, activity assignment and management, success and setback logs and metrics, project invoicing, fiscal year tax and budget tie-in, and an advanced reporting package. ARTIBIS PPM uses a relational database to integrate ERP.
